
Le melanzane con porro e zucchine gratinate sono un contorno gustoso e piacevole.
Con questi semplici ingredienti vi assicuro che otterrete un piatto fuori dal comune.
Lavare le melanzane, tagliarle a fette alte circa 1 cm. Mettere in una teglia con carta da forno, un pizzico di sale, pepe e spennellare con olio. Cuocere in forno preriscaldato ventilato a 180 gradi per circa 10 minuti.
Togliere dal forno, spalmare sopra a piacere il porro zucchine e salsiccia (cliccando sulla parola azzurra si entra direttamente nella ricetta del porro e zucchine) spolverare con farina di mais e pangrattato.
Rimettere in forno a 180 gradi per altri 12/15 minuti, le melanzane devono prendere quel bel colore del gratinato.
